Weight Training and Conditioning

Grade Levels: 10-12
2 Semesters - Repetition for Credit: 3

Prerequisites: None
Students will be introduced to basic muscle anatomy, nutrition and exercise principles. The class will include instruction in proper and safe lifting techniques, aerobic conditioning, and development of personal fitness programs.
