Football/Weight Training

​Grade Levels: 10-12
2 Semesters - Repetition for Credit: 3

Prerequisites: Freshman P. E.
This course is designed to help develop an athlete to his/her maximum potential by focusing on strength, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, and the ability to work at maximum output. Curriculum includes weight training, flexibility, agility and speed development.
